The horticulturists and designers displayed their creativity by presenting many interesting shapes and animals, all using flowers. Some of them saw long queue of people waiting to pose for pictures. These are some of my favourite ones.

Blur blur looking butterfly

This caterpillar’s head moves up and down!

A baby swam among a family

These must be the most popular shape and most people’s hot favourite especially during the festives season! Many people queued to take picture with them and many were even hugging them! 😀

ong lai
Lucky! Lucky! Huge pineapples taller than human made out of chrysanthemums!
Pineapples are called “ong lai” in hokkien, which sound like “luck comes”.
They actually smelled so nice cos of the fresh flowers

Besides flowers on display, there were many other eye catching and lovely sculptural pieces.

Tortoise! My favourite animals! 😀

Happy family

Kiss the frog and your Prince Charming will appear!

Exotic African birds

The year of the Rats

Flower girl. Sweet!

No, this was not part of the show. Just a poor bear left behind by
the owner. I hope the owner will see it here

No flower show will be complete without flower fairies. Saw a total of three walking around in, actually they looked more like clowns from the circus…haha

Skinny panda eyed fairy

Phantom of the Opera fairy

A job-better-left-to girls fairy

Flowers filled the ground at Sentosa Imbiah Lookout and you wished you were allowed to bring along your beloved pet dog for his morning walk. Well, fret not. You could always get yourself a balloon pet as companion!

The big eyes seems to be shouting, “Bring me home! Bring me home!”
Aren’t they adorable? Notice they have legs?

Cat, dog, pandan, even dinosaur balloon pets!

How about Daisy the cow?

I want this!!!!! In fact all of them are so cute I want them all!
But like real pets, they dun come cheap 😦

Having quite enjoyed myself admiring these beautiful flowers despite the heat and humidity, as well the last minute weekend crowd, I am sure I will be back next year for more!
